Wynne - We got the post you left on our blog (thanks!) and I just wanted to reply and say that our agency (CHI) arranged the tours of the Delta and the tunnels when we were in HCMC. The Rex hotel also had at least the tunnel tour plus others that could be arranged through a guide.
